This photo of a Terrier Missile Launcher was taken at National Museum Of Nuclear Science & History, Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2012. When I was in the U.S. Navy from 1958-62, I was stationed aboard the U.S.S. Boston CAG-1, the world’s first heavy guided missile cruiser. The Terrier Missiles were anti-aircraft missiles meant to protect aircraft carriers from enemy attacking aircraft. You can read about the Terrier Missile by clicking this Wikipedia link,,,

The photos, which I randomly selected, are from the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia (not shown in that order)…are mine. Yup, That’s me standing in front of the Post Office in Luckenbach, Texas…Y’all!
